Simona oversees Blue Yonder’s information technology, cybersecurity, business intelligence, and integration management teams. Her strategic leadership will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, enabling scalability, and aligning all business functions with Blue Yonder’s corporate strategy.

Simona's extensive background includes leadership positions at Genpact, Walmart Inc., and Siemens Corporation, where she excelled in managing global operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives. At Genpact, she led global operations across the Americas region, with a focus on optimizing processes and creating value to clients in various industries. At Walmart, she centralized disparate processes, aligning them with global standards and implementing robust governance structures. Notably, she spearheaded a major initiative in Brazil that standardized logistics and inventory functions across 500 stores, resulting in significant annual savings for operations.

During her tenure at Siemens, Simona designed and optimized back-office processes and financial reporting systems. She integrated newly acquired companies into Siemens' management operating systems and developed closed-loop reporting mechanisms to identify and rectify performance deviations, promoting continuous improvement and best-in-class operations across various units.

Simona brings over 24 years of experience in establishing and delivering large-scale operations across diverse international landscapes. Her career has spanned multiple countries, including Romania, the U.S., Germany, India, Brazil, and Costa Rica, enriching her with a broad global perspective.

Simona holds a master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Rollins College, Florida, and bachelor’s in Economics from BBU Cluj Napoca, Romania. She is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese and Romanian.

She lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with her husband and son. Simona enjoys exploring new cultures and places with her family. In her downtime, she loves to unwind with classical literature, especially the works of Tolstoy, or practice yoga.
